CM Punjab PM All Schemes 2026 for Welfare of People

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Government of Punjab has launched a massive wave of social welfare and developmental initiatives for 2026. These programs target housing, agriculture, transport, and financial empowerment.

Housing & Social Welfare

This flagship project aims to provide 100,000 houses to low-income families. Residents with plots (up to 5 marla urban or 10 marla rural) can apply for interest-free loans of up to PKR 1.5 million, repayable in easy installments over 7 years.

Ramzan Nigehban Rashan Program 2026

Designed to provide relief during the holy month, this program delivers food hampers (flour, sugar, oil, pulses) directly to the doorsteps of deserving families. Eligibility is often verified via the PSER (Punjab Socio-Economic Registry) and BISP 8171 Portal.

Dhee Rani Program

A collective marriage initiative that provides financial and material support to underprivileged girls. Registration is handled online via the CMP portal, offering dowry items and cash gifts.

Agriculture & Livestock Schemes 2026

To modernize farming, the CM has launched Phase III of the Green Tractor Scheme. Farmers with at least 7 acres of land can receive a subsidy of PKR 1 million for tractors (50–65 HP).Status: Balloting for Phase II/III is active throughout early 2026.

Livestock Card & Apna Khet Apna Rozgar

The Livestock Card offers interest-free loans (up to PKR 270,000) for animal feed and veterinary care. Similarly, Apna Khet Apna Rozgar empowers rural youth by providing resources for self-employment in the agri-sector.

E-Bike & E-Taxi (Meri Gari) Scheme 2026

To combat smog and reduce fuel costs, the government is providing subsidized electric bikes to students and workers. The E-Taxi Scheme (also known as Meri Gari) provides interest-free electric vehicles to unemployed youth and taxi drivers.

CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2026

Re-launched to bridge the digital divide, providing high-specification laptops to merit-based students in colleges and universities across Punjab.

BISP 8171 & 13500 Payment

The federal and provincial governments coordinate via the 8171 portal to disburse the 13,500 PKR quarterly Kafaalat payment. Beneficiaries can check their status by entering their CNIC on the web portal.
